I have received services from Marko for approximately 2 years.  As an “older adult”, my knowledge of computers and the internet is VERY LIMITED and Mr Kuusemets has been extremely kind and patient explaining the nuances of this confusing field to me. Previously, I had spent days with various tech-support personnel, which cost a fortune and left me and my computer in complete disarray. Mr Kuusemets has “gone the extra mile” for me; he fixes my computer via modem and, when that is not possible, he visits my home, and has, on occasion, taken my computer to his home “hospital” for an overnight visit.  Mr. Kuusemets has installed an economically reasonable back-up service for me and given me other computer-savvy information that I would have otherwise been unaware of (such as setting up a digital camera that I had for three years but never used because I was so intimidated by it). He has purchased needed equipment for me at a very reasonable price and, HIS RATES ARE EXTREMELY COST-EFFECTIVE.

To say Mr. Kuusemets is the computer genius is putting it mildly. He really has been a lifesaver. My home desktop is also used for business and I cannot be without it. Mr. Kuusemets will first try to walk me through a problem to try and correct it. If that fails, he readily comes to my home! It’s amazing what he knows. He is up on the latest technology and knows the market, but also can help you economize when a repair is needed instead of a new purchase. I also have 3 teenagers who have abused their laptops, and Mr. Kuusemets has rescued them as well. He easily cleans up viruses and installs user friendly anti spy ware. But most importantly, his service cannot be beat! I trust him fully and have no worries when he takes our equipment offsite for repair. A priority is to protect his clients from the world wide web.
